ESP - USACH Sin Fronteras es un programa de acompañamiento y apoyo durante tu intercambio estudiantil para fomentar la inclusión e integración a la comunidad universitaria y a la realidad local. En esta ocasión, USACH sin Fronteras realizará actividades virtuales, con un enfoque interactivo, donde se presentará la cultura, literatura, lugares turísticos y costumbres de Chile, además de compartir con invitados provenientes de otras regiones del mundo y conocer sobre sus respectivas culturas.
En esta actividad se expondrá sobre dos pueblos originarios provenientes de Latinoamérica: el pueblo Mapuche, que se encuentra en el sur de Chile y parte de Argentina, y el pueblo Guaraní, una cultura que forma parte de varios países de Latinoamérica como Paraguay, Bolivia, Brasil, Colombia, entre otros. La actividad se llevará a cabo HOY Lunes 23 a las 15:00, horario de Chile.
Nos acompañarán en esta actividad la Dra. Elisa Loncon, académica experta en educación intercultural del Departamento de Educación en la USACH, originaria de la etnia mapuche, gran propulsora y activista de ella, así como profesora de mapudungun y doctora en Lingüística de la Universidad de Leiden, Holanda y el Dr. Dionisio Fleitas Lecoski de la Universidad Nacional de Itapúa, especialista en ciencias del Lenguaje y la Literatura, profesor de Lengua Guaraní, Licenciado en Bilingüismo Guaraní-Castellano/Castellano-Guaraní con magíster en Lengua y Cultura Guaraní. Ellos hablarán sobre la historia y herencia de cada cultura, su posición en la sociedad actual, la importancia que le dan las distintas naciones a los pueblos originarios, si se mantiene vivo su legado y que se está haciendo para preservarlo, entre otros aspectos.

EN - USACH Sin Fronteras (USACH Without Borders) is a support program during your student exchange to promote inclusion and integration into the university community and the local reality. This time, USACH Without Borders will do virtual activities, with an interactive approach, where the culture, literature, tourist places and customs of Chile will be presented and also we will present the USF program and the different activities that are always do in our University.
In this activity, we will expose about two indigenous peoples from Latin America: the Mapuche people, which are found in southern Chile and part of Argentina, and the Guaraní people, a culture that is part of several Latin American countries such as Paraguay, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, among others.
We will be accompanied in this activity by Dr. Elisa Loncon, academic expert in intercultural education from the Department of Education at USACH, originally from the Mapuche ethnic group, a great promoter and activist of it, as well as a professor of Mapudungun and a PhD in Linguistics at the University of Leiden, Holland and Dr. Dionisio Fleitas Lecoski from the National University of Itapúa, specialist in Language and Literature sciences, Guaraní Language's professor, Bachelor of Guaraní-Spanish / Castilian-Guaraní Bilingualism with a master's degree in Guaraní Language and Culture. They will talk about the history and heritage of each culture, its position in today's society, the importance that different nations give to their native peoples, if their legacy is kept alive and what is being done to preserve it, among other aspects.
