◆ 2020 YTN-HUFS Elementary School English Debating Championship: Pledge of Compliance & Blocking Procedure

1) Pledge of Compliance: Please read through the Pledge of Compliance and turn in via checking the check box. The check mark on the Pledge of Compliance indicates that ALL FOUR team members will abide by the rules on the Online Tournament Annex, Technical Guide and the Rule Book.

2) Blocking: Please look through all of the judges' names carefully and declare conflicts with whomever taught you (at school, academy, as a private tutor, debate camp etc.) or have a close personal relationship.
This is essential for your tournament to be fair and efficient.  

※ DEADLINE: August 12 (Wed) 14:00 KST.

1. All FOUR members should all look at the list of judges and identify the Judges who taught you or have a close personal relationship.
2. ONE representative student from each team should collect the names of the judges and that student needs to fill out the Conflict Sheet for the team.
※ If any member of the team has a conflict with any judge on the list, the name of the judge should be written on the conflict sheet.  
3. All teams should submit the Conflict Sheet, and one team should submit "ONE Conflict Sheet."
4. This form will be closed sharply after 14:01. Please submit the conflict sheet on time.

◆ 2020 YTN-HUFS 초등학생 영어토론대회 : 규정 준수 서약서 작성 및 심판 블로킹

1) 참가자 규정 준수 서약서: 서약서의 내용을 읽은 후 체크박스에 체크 표시를 하여 서약서를 제출하십시오. 본 서약서에 동의 표시를 하는 것은 온라인 대회의 운영안, 온라인 대회 가이드, 대회 규정집을 읽었으며 준수할 것을 서약하는 것입니다.

2) 심판 블로킹: 심판들의 명단을 살펴 본 후 이전에 자신을 가르쳤던 심판, 특별한 관계가 있는 심판이 있는지 확인한 후에 해당되는 심판들의 이름을 Conflict Sheet에 적어야 합니다. 대회의 공정성과 효율성을 위해 반드시 절차에 따라 진행해주시길 바랍니다.

※ 마감기한: 8월 12일 수요일 (한국표준시 오후 2시)

2. 팀 대표(주장)는 팀 구성원 4명이 특별한 관계가 있는 심판들의 이름을 모아서 이 구글폼에 입력하고 제출해야 합니다.
※ 팀원 중 한 명이라도 특별한 관계가 있는 심판이 있는 경우 모두 입력해야 합니다.
3. 모든 팀은 반드시 Conflict Sheet를 제출해야 하며, 한 팀은 "하나의 Conflict Sheet"를 제출해야 합니다.
4. 마감기한은 2020년 8월 12일 수요일 (한국표준시 오후 2시) 까지입니다. 이 구글폼은 오후 2시가 지나면 마감되므로 반드시 마감기한 내에 제출해주시길 바랍니다.
