Going Deeper in Prayer is a one week at-home retreat focused on bringing the stuff of daily life before God using tools from Ignatian Spirituality. It's a one week intensive that will allow you to get a taste for an individually directed retreat without dramatically altering our routine or taking time off from work or studies.

Each retreatant will have the opportunity to meet regularly with a spiritual director in-person during the retreat.

Each person is also asked to commit 1-1.5 hours a day to prayer, although this is flexible and can be discussed with the spiritual director.
