2019 QWCS Retail Vendor Application

Retail Vendor Space starts at $75.00 for a 10x10 space, $120 for two spaces, and $150 for three spaces.  Depending on the size of your booth, you will be required to purchase additional space.  

FOOD vendors have a separate application form.

DETAILS: Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.

CANCELLATIONS: cancellations made after July 31st, will forfeit their payment

ALL APPLICATIONS ARE PENDING AND MUST BE APPROVED - YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION AND INVOICE ONCE APPROVED.
