Thanks so much for your interest in the commission process for a one-of-a-kind painting with Jocelyn Elizabeth Studio.

The goal of the questionnaire is to help me create a painting that is unique to you. There is no such thing as too much information. This form is designed to help me get to know you and exactly what you’re looking for in your art. We will set up an intake call to go through everything, but please be as detailed as you are comfortable here.

My goal is to capture the beauty and emotion in your story to create something customized specifically for you, so every detail helps!
