Before reading our post, did you think that VRR (NVIDIA G-SYNC, AMD FreeSync) is already a cure against excessive FPS?
Many users might think intuitively that VRR would kind of entangle GPU output and LCD input. In our post we explain that VRR in it's default implementation is *not* a cure against excessive FPS. We argue that you can enable VRR but still benefit from an FPS limiter. It's not an "either or" but a "do both!".

Do you think your gaming style or your work applications could benefit from FPS Limiting?
Which games do you *think* might significantly benefit from excessively high fps? (i.e. beyond the common 144Hz marker)
With 'excessive' we mean anything that goes way beyond the monitor's refresh rate. Feel free to list any game that you play (or that you watch on live-stream or let's play) that you suspect might be curbed by for example an 143 fps limit. Significant benefit includes a measurable player advantage in reaction times, input lag, physics, game logic etc.
Which games do you actually *know* might actually benefit from excessively high fps?
