Natural Fertility Group Request Form

I've created this online group that takes place on Slack where you can have a nick name to protect your identy and be able to stay private to the others in the group (that's why I don't do a FB group). I do this because not everyone wants to be know among others, especially when you are struggling with getting pregnant or going through fertility treatment. This group is to support to all women wanting to learn and ask questions about periods, fertility, and preconception health.

After you fill out the request form, we will receive an email invitation to join the group. If you are not the right fit for the group you will be contacted via email.

I will be doing a 5-week Natural Ferility Challenge inside the group, so if you want to join the challenge make sure to join the Group before Dec. 6th. And of course you are always welcome to join during the challenge as well :)
