Per section 1.6 of the guidelines, teams need to provide information necessary to be authorized to fly at the fly-off event. Please answer the following questions to the best of your ability and return the questionnaire no later than August 15, 2019. Note: If you do not have an answer to a question, please state “not available” and/or “need additional clarification”. We understand that some Teams may be far along in the process and others may be just starting.  GoFly is here to help you navigate this process, and therefore for ALL registered Phase III Teams we must have your answers to the below questions by August 15th, even if your answers are “not available” or “don’t know” or “need additional clarification”.
