Our youths are feeling hard to find an appropriate job which eventually leads to the hike in unemployment rate. This is because of lacking of skills in the individuals and less awareness of opportunities. We have taken many initiatives by providing skill development programs for the needy people to eradicate and reduce the unemployment. Exclusively, we focus the school/college drop outs from economically and socially weaker section. Being an Industry Cluster/Association, we provide a common platform for the cluster members and trainees for job matching. Through this initiative we make sure the employment and livelihood are achieved/attained.
