     Program Overview
St. Francis de Sales School is pleased to offer an expanded after care program for the 2019-2020 school year. Our program effectively replaces the YMCA program but is offered at a lower cost to families and with greater flexibility.

All St. Francis students and families are invited to participate in the program. The program will have use of all the school facilities including the gym, playground, lunchroom, classrooms, and technology (lab and Chromebooks as needed). St. Francis aftercare program staff will include our teachers as well as dedicated program staff. All staff meet Archdiocesan safe environment requirements. 2019-2020 Staff Members include: Linda Colletti, Tina Van Wetering, Nancy Chappell, Lauryn Schaal, Mary Gerbatsch, Jennifer Hensley, Lisa Buss, Mary Keller, Sarah Jeske, Jenny Groot, Matthew Remington, Michelle Bodo, Donatella Badino, and Kyle Schmitt.

Students will be divided into three rooms based on age - an early childhood room (Preschool & KG) in Room 126 and/or Room 105, 1st-4th in Room 113, and 5th-8th in the Library. Students in all rooms will be offered snack. In the early childhood room there will be play-based activities. The elementary room and middle school room both include time for students to complete homework. Students in the rooms may be combined when the majority of students have been picked up.  

Aftercare begins at dismissal and ends at 6pm on every school day (including early dismissals).


     Fee and Billing Information
Families may choose either the flat fee payment for the entire year (encouraged and eligible for the payment plan) or the pay-per-use rates (hourly/daily/monthly). Families that do not make a selection will automatically be enrolled in pay-per-use rates and charges will be added to the FACTS account monthly.

If you placed a non-refundable deposit with the YMCA that amount will be applied as a credit towards SFS aftercare fees. Please register using this form in order for the credit to be applied.

Please note that these answers can be modified later by contacting the school office. Your answers are non-binding and are used solely in helping us plan for and setup facility usage, staffing, FACTS billing, ordering materials and snacks, etc.
