The Township received MUNICIPAL NOTIFICATION OF PLANNED LAND DEVELOPMENT FOR CHAPERT102 Permits for 23 Kellocks Run Rd on November 2, 2023. On November 9, 2023 the Zoning Officer determined that the plan was consistent with zoning ordinances and signed the notice. The property is zoned Residential-Agriculture (RA). We believe that the planned land development does NOT fall within the uses specified under RA Zoning. Additionally material information related to the 23 Kellocks Run Rd plan was not known to the Zoning officer of South Hanover Township Board of Supervisors on November 9, 2023. We also believe, that had this material information been known, the Zoning Officer would have determined 23 Kellocks Run Rd was actually in violation of township zoning and ordinances and no new plans would have been considered (see attached Information (Background) Document 1). 

WE, the undersigned, petition the South Hanover Township zoning Hearing Board to review Zoning Officer's assertion that the planned development is consistent with zoning ordinances.
