College Credit Plus - Intent to Participate 2024-2025
College Credit Plus (CCP) is a program that provides an opportunity for middle and high school students to take college courses from Ohio public colleges and participating private colleges l at no cost to the family.  All students intending to pursue this option must notify Granville High School by completing this form.  Failure to notify the school district by April 1st may result in the student not being able to participate in the CCP program.

An informational session was held on Zoom on January 24, 2024.  If you were unable to attend this meeting, you should reach out to your school counselor.  Completion of this form does not replace submission of an application to the corresponding institution of higher education.  Students are responsible for meeting deadlines to all admission requirements to the college of their choice.

I would like to declare my intent to participate in the College Credit Plus program. I understand that signing this form does not require that I participate during the coming school year, and I may decide not to participate without consequence. *
I also understand that it is my responsibility to notify my school if I do not gain admission to my selected institution of higher education or choose not to participate in the program. *
I certify that I have received counseling about the College Credit Plus program concerning the rules and regulations for both my school and the college, and that I understand my responsibilities, the benefits and possible risks of participating in the College Credit Plus program.  This includes reimbursing the District for any costs if the class is dropped after the college reimbursement deadline or the class is failed. *
