To ensure the stability of the quilt and batting, we do not leave any space open that is larger than the palm of your hand. You might choose denser quilting for a quilt that will be heavily washed like a child's quilt or for a wall hanging that might sag over time with looser quilting. If you want a softer finish, choose a looser density.

We use Glide thread from Hab+Dash and Fantastico from Superior Threads. Many colors are available.

We use pre-wound magna-glide bobbins, so your bobbin color will be matched to the backing unless you request something different. Bobbins come in the following colors: White, Cream, Light Tan, Light Grey, Tuscan, Hawaiian Blue, Bright Gold, Tabriz Orchid, Brunette, Navy, Lead Grey, Totem Green, Candy Apple Red, and Black

We do use an iron and steam on your quilt when necessary. Please note if your quilt is NOT iron-safe or color-fast. Are there any areas on your quilt that you don't want quilted over? Anything else you need us to know?

If you are bringing your quilt to the studio, you can request an appointment below. If you are shipping your quilt, please email the tracking information so that we can be on the lookout for your package.

When would you like to bring your quilt to the studio? Please suggest a DATE and TIME.  We are open on weekdays from 11:00 to 5:00 but can accommodate special requests. We will contact you to confirm your appointment time. If you're shipping, just reply "shipping"

When your quilt is finished, we will send your Invoice via email and you can let us know when you want to pick it up. If you want your quilt to be mailed or shipped back, enter your current shipping address and your preferred shipping method below.

I have read the guidelines for preparing my quilt and this quilt adheres to those guidelines.  I understand that my quilt will be quilted in the condition in which it is received, and will be as free from puckers, pleats, and tucks as my piecing will allow. I understand that neither computerized nor free-motion quilting guarantees or implies perfection.   I understand that Singing Stitches will handle my quilt with the utmost care, but will not be responsible for any damage to the quilt that is beyond its control.  I agree to credit Singing Stitches with the machine quilting if this quilt appears in any show or publication.
