This is an APA sanctioned tournament. All players must be APA members or pay the day fee. 

Cost & Registration if paid by March 26th: (After March 26th add $20 late fee)
$120 - Adult 
$100- Under 16
$80- Under 12
$25- Chuckles Division- Walk/Trot Only, 1- 10 minute chukka per day. (if enough interest)
$20 non-player Saturday night meal 
$10 non-player Friday night meal 

Divisions: A, B, C, D, Juniors, Chuckles  If possible we will have 6 man teams in A, B, C divisions, sections in D and Juniors.  We'll contact clubs if things change.

Each entry includes tournament fees, $18 APA cap fee, entry gift , EMT, Friday night dinner, catered chicken fried chicken dinner and entertainment on Saturday night and Jon Weber prizes. 

This year we are excited to highlight under 18’s from around the country in the most exciting game of the weekend, the Grace Ann Weber Jr exhibition match on Friday night April 12th under the lights!  Be sure to enter your U18 player's info on this registration form.  We will try to have both upper and lower level juniors so ALL can participate.  For more info contact Prissy.

Awesome concessions will be available for Breakfast and lunch Saturday and Sunday from local BBQ food truck.

Registration starts Friday April 12, 2-6 pm. 

Limited Pipe pens available, Reserve for $20 for the weekend.

Electric Pens encouraged. No Water or Electric Hook Ups Available.  

Cold Shower Available at the back of the clubhouse.

All Dogs must be on a leash at the trailer. No Dogs or Horses around tent or bleachers. NO EXCEPTIONS! We are encouraging spectators and want them to stay safe in those areas.

Early Bird Deadline March 26th.  After that date a $20 Late Fee will be applied to your entry fee.  

You must have proof of negative coggins within the past 12 months.
