This form is used to register for Northern TRIBS Swimming's Learn to Swim Program. Swimmers must be between the ages of 5 and 12. Advanced swimmers who can complete a 25 Yard Freestyle and Backstroke should join stroke school. Visit our

On the first lesson an evaluation will be given. By their 2nd swim lesson, swimmers should receive a Station Card which explains what they are working on. By their 3rd lesson, they should begin to add new stickers to their Swim Lesson Record Book after completing skills. New swimmers will be provided a book. Return this book at the beginning of a new section and we will return it when a swimmer takes a break. After station 5, swimmers stop using this book when they enter stroke school.
