Please complete the following form to reserve your spot at Building Your Village networking and support event.  We will be meeting at the Hoopeston Multi Agency on January 13th.  Doors open at 6:00 PM.  Dinner will be served shortly after that.  Child care will be available for those attending the presentations from 6:30-7:30 PM.  Transportation is available upon request.  Local support agencies will be available throughout the evening to share information about their services.  Please RSVP by January 3rd if you plan to attend.
