To make this a meaningful and successful experience for all, we agree to the following Covenant with Plymouth:

We will RSVP for the Sleep-Out portion of the evening no later than November 23, 2019. The RSVP will be completed on the Plymouth website.
Each participating youth will donate $5 to Neighbor to Neighbor as a tangible sign of their support of the mission and goal of this event.
We agree to provide 1 chaperone from our faith community for every 5 of our youth in attendance.
We will provide a current, cleared background check for ALL chaperones to Mandy Hall, Plymouth’s Director of Christian Formation, no later than November 23, 2019.

We understand the following expectations:

Youth and chaperones will arrive at 3:00 PM for check-in and to set up cardboard boxes and/or tents.
Our youth participants will be respectful and active participants in all aspects of the event: soup supper, vigil and educational rotations.
Our youth will follow the rules set forth for the Sleepout (curfew, etc.) in order to promote a safe and meaningful event for all.
Our youth will be respectful of church property.
Our chaperones will promptly address any behavior issues that may arise.
