1. Retreat Investment

There is be a $249 Registration Fee in addition to your lodging. Full payments are due 10/6/23. The Registration Fee includes all Som∂lchemy classes, Friday Happy Hour and dance party, all breakfasts, other optional workshop(s) TBA and cleaning fees.

2. Deposit for Lodging Preference

A $40.00 non-refundable deposit is no later than Sept. 1st, 2023 and secures your lodging preference and place in the circle. It can be paid via this link. This is where you indicate your lodging preference. A balance invoice will be sent not later than 9/29/23 and is due by 10/6/23. *

Lodging ranges in price from $60-150/night ranging from individual casitas and rooms to shared dorm rooms. The links below will give you more information about your options.

4. Stay Well

I recommend continued mitigation measures against any and all infectious illness in the 7-10 days prior to the retreat. Take an at-home Covid test prior to arrival.

If you become ill after the cancellation date (10/11/23) I will forward your payment and/or deposit towards a future retreat, workshop or SomAlchemy classes at Sway and/or on Zoom.

5. About Our Meals
a. Friday Happy Hour (a lite meal) and breakfasts are provided by the organizer. 

b. Lunch on Saturday is on your own. There are two kitchens to use and in Taos plenty of dining choices.

c. Communion, Our Saturday Evening Meal is our act of Community Interdependence. We share dinner together – it's a potluck! (Organization of the potluck will come as we get closer to the event.)

6. Payment and Cancellation Policy

a. A $40.00 non-refundable deposit is due by 9/1/23 to secure your lodging and registration.Your total investment depends on your lodging choice and final payment is due Friday 10/6/23.

b. All cancellations must be made in writing.
Organizer reserves the right to cancel the retreat should there be grounds to do so, in which event the entire payment will be refunded. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to a cancellation.

7. Refunds
50% of any payment, less fees/deposit, is refundable until Tuesday, 10/10/23 and retreat is non-refundable after Wednesday, 10/11/23. *
