The Pune Knowledge Cluster was established by the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser, GoI, under The City Knowledge and Innovation Cluster Initiative (CKIC). We are happy to organize one day hands-on workshop in collaboration with DLRC, Pune. The details are as follows: 

Title - Empowering Educators: NEP & NCF Implementation Workshop for Science and Mathematics

Day/Date- Friday, 19 July 2024

Time - 9.30am to 5.00pm

Venue - DLRC The Learning Farm the Teacher Development Program, 3, Pashan - Sus Rd, Baner, Pune - 411021(Landmark - Near Sus Gaon Shell Petrol Pump) 

Eligibility Criteria: The workshop is FREE and Open for teachers teaching Science and Mathematics to 5th to 10th grades.

About the workshop: This Professional Development (PD) day workshop aims to equip educators with practical strategies and insights to seamlessly integrate the vision of NEP and the strategies of NCF into their science and mathematics curriculum. This day will present a unique experience for teachers to enhance their instructional skills, exchange knowledge, and ultimately enrich the educational experiences of their students through joyful and meaningful learning. 

About DLRC (DriveChange Learning & Resource Centre): It is a K-12 NEP compliant learning space grounded in sustainability and situated on a farm. DLRC is dedicated to fostering innovative and impactful teaching methods and holistic learning experiences.

Please Note:

  1. There are only 50 seats available and the registration is on first cum first basis and mandatory to attend the workshop.
  2. The workshop will be conducted in-person at DLRC, Pune. 
  3. To receive the 'Certificate of Participation,' attendance for the whole day and submission of Pre and Post tests is compulsory. 
  4. You need to make travel arrangements by your own to reach to the venue. No TA/DA will be given. 
  5. In case, travelling by PMPML bus : Board Bus number 30, From Ma Na Pa to Ghotawade Phata and get down at Tapkir Vasti Bus stop.
