This form is an application to enroll in the Polk County Schools Virtual Academy.  Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted about placement and specific details.  Please note that enrolling in the Virtual Academy will be a semester-long commitment, and any transition back to an "in-person" setting would be made at the semester break or beginning of the year.  Polk County Schools will be using a variety of online courseware and educational services to deliver instruction.  Most classes will be self-paced and others will be taught by non-Polk County school teachers.  You must be enrolled in Polk County Schools to attend the Virtual Academy.  A student's performance and attendance in a previous remote or virtual setting will be reviewed and may impact acceptance into the Virtual Academy.
