This is for students who are active participants at Wesley Church and attending a IGRC (Illinois Great Rivers Conference) camp.
It is a good idea to find a camp you want to attend and register for it (to make sure you get a slot) before filling out this application form. (When you register, you need not pay the full amount for the camp.) 

Camping scholarships are provided by Macomb Wesley United Church of Christ.
