Volunteer Registration for AZCCD 2023!
Help inspire Arizona's youth to fall in love with construction by volunteering at the 22nd annual Arizona Construction Career Days (AZCCD)! Fill out this form to sign up as a volunteer and let us know which day(s) and time(s) you can help--no effort is too small!

2023 Available Volunteer Dates: 
  • Tuesday, October 31st
  • Wednesday, November 1st 
  • Thursday, November 2nd
Time: shifts available in blocks between 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Event Description: AZCCD gives students the chance to have a day to work in the Construction Industry with real life applications by participating in supervised hands-on activities and demonstrations. The event teaches students skills and knowledge about construction science careers and provides them the chance to meet and engage with leaders in the construction industry. Find more information at azccd.com.

All attending volunteers receive a free lunch (hot dogs, chips & drink). Food vendors will also be selling items for purchase during the event.

Description of common volunteer tasks you may be asked to perform
  • Set-up* (i.e., unloading boxes, organizing student check-in area, setting up VIP tent, etc.) 
  • Stuff Student Bags (i.e., fill bags with snacks, water, safety glasses, stickers, etc.)
  • Student Check-In (i.e., hand out Student Bags, t-shirts, hard hats, etc.) 
  • Tour Guides (i.e., student safety briefings, guide students through the event site, encourage students to engage and have fun with the exhibitors by asking questions and participating in the activities)     
  • Lunch Service (i.e., take tickets, serve food, etc.)
  • Clean-up* (i.e., site clean-up, trash removal, loading/storing leftover supplies, break down boxes, etc.) 
*Some tasks may require heavy lifting
