2024 LAWRENCE A. MARTUCCI HERO AWARD - NOMINATION FORM
Lawrence A. Martucci Benefit Corp. (L.A.M.B.) is now accepting applications for the 5th annual Lawrence A. Martucci Hero Award.  The Hero Award is presented to a pediatric doctor or nurse that has made a positive impact in their field and at their workplace.  The nominated individual must reside / work within the Tampa Bay and surround area.  All nomination forms will be reviewed by the L.A.M.B. Hero Award Committee.  Hero Award winner will be notified by September 01, 2024.

To submit your nomination, please complete information below by August 01, 2024.

The 2024 Lawrence A. Martucci Hero Award recipient will be announced during our TAKE AIM Against Pediatric Cancer - 12th Annual Lawrence A. Martucci Benefit taking place on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at Rotary's Camp Florida, 915 Camp Florida Rd, Brandon, FL 33510.
