Convinced that a changing world requires leadership and that “iron sharpens iron,” UMCRM intentionally transforms camp and retreat ministry leaders by developing their strengths for transformative leadership.
 

Board Role:
The direction and oversight of the affairs of the Association of United Methodist Camp and Retreat Ministries (UMCRM), including the supervision of Executive Director, control of the Board, and the control and disposition of its properties and funds, shall be vested in the Board of Directors under the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.
