The Roadmap to Program-wide Implementation is a 4 step process to prepare your program for success.  Each session is designed to build an understanding of the benefits, process, and commitment involved in program-wide implementation of the pyramid model.  Implementation provides support and strategies that will increases your organizations ability to respond and support young children as they develop their social and emotional skills.  It reduces the stress when children's communication through their behaviors that cause temporary challenges, it provides a framework for child centered, responsive, and consistent approaches to assist children in developing self-regulation/calming skills, and teaching children the skills needed to improve their social and emotional interactions.

Session 2 - Becoming an Implementing Program
Session 3 - Overview of the Application Pre-planning Tool
Thank you for registering. We generally anticipate at least 4 weeks to complete the Application Planning Tool.  Once your application is submitted we will send options for Session 4 the Kick-off - Review of the Benchmarks of Quality, Implementation Planning and Data informed Decision Making and Data Collection System, and we will set you up with a Leadership Coach to support your program with Implementation.  For Planning:  Current Dates are June 28th 9:00 am to 1:00 pm & November 17th 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
