1. Donations of HK$100 or more are tax deductible. 港幣一百元或以上的捐款可申請免稅。�                                                                2. All personal data collected will be treated as strictly confidential and only be used to keep you updated on Association of Doctors for Social Responsibility’s activities.  個人資料絕對保密，並只供關愛社會醫生聯會之用。                                                                                                                      3. You MUST keep the photocopies of your deposit slips, online transfer Acknowledgement Note, cheques or other documents (such as bank statements) as record of your donations being paid into the Association of Doctors for Social Responsibility. DO NOT destroy them until you have received all the receipts.  請保留所有銀行存款收據、網上轉賬「確認指示」、支票或其他存款證明副本以作記錄（切記取得捐款收據並核對無誤後方才銷毀）。倘若正本在郵遞過程中遺失，可作為憑據。                                                                          4. Receipts for the tax deduction purposes will be sent within 10 weeks after receiving the donation. If your mailing address is different from the information provided during registration period, please update Association of Doctors for Social Responsibility.  退稅收據將於收到捐款約10星期內直接寄予捐款者。如郵遞地址與登記時提供不符，請盡早通知關愛社會醫生聯會。
