This is a drop-box style module, simply copy and paste your F&F class plan below.

Remember that your class plan should follow the sequence provided in the "Yoga Class Format" handout. And, you just need to show the pose names and sequence - please do not include any scripting, etc.

You do not need to wait for approval on F&F plans. You may proceed with teaching your class anytime after you upload your plan. Remember to turn in your evaluations at the on-site session on 9/26/20.
