Mahalo for your interest in registering this year. All Advisors, Presidents and one additional member of your choosing need to take this orientation and pass it with 80% in order to have your RISO approved.

Adviosrs- if you advise multiple clubs you only need to take it once, please list the clubs you are in charge of in the space provided.
