We appreciate your contribution to Riverfield's Sapphire Celebration 2023. Funds raised from your donation play an important part of the education of our children. Your gift may be tax deductible. We regret that IRS rules do not allow Riverfield to determine the deductibility or value of your contribution. Please consult your tax advisor for further information. This contract is a binding agreement between the donor and Riverfield Country Day School and grants the Riverfield Sapphire Celebration Committee exclusive rights to sell and advertise the goods and services described.  Please complete this form in its entirety no later than February 10, 2023.
