Please complete the form below so we can learn more about your plans for your visit to Sylvan Dale. We'll use this information for scheduling, staffing, and to ensure that we're helping you reach your educational goals!

HJC charges $25 per student for groups sized 1-100, and $20 per student for groups sized 100+. However, HJC does not turn school groups away if the cost is prohibitive to the class or any students attending. If you feel you're unable to cover the cost of the trip, please let us know the reason for the scholarship request and the scholarship size you are requesting (see below).
HJC has scholarship funds available for Title 1 schools! Our goal is that no class will be unable to attend a field trip due to lack of funds. Please use the space below to tell us the amount and specific reason(s) for scholarship request.

HJC offers the activities below. Please indicate which activities you'd like your students to engage in during your visit. *
Please indicate ALL topics of interest. HJC staff will propose the day's program based on your interests and the schedule which is determined by a combination of your arrival and departure times, whether you are coming for 1, 2, or 3 days, and how many groups we divide the students into. In some cases we can combine activities so let us know all of the topics and we will work to accommodate your request. In general, we can accommodate 2 different activities per every 2 hours of your visit.
