OE Wolf Parents PTO heads up Senior Celebration each year, along with planning and implementing the many fundraisers needed to help celebrate our seniors! We would like to use this form to gather info from parents that would like to help with any planning and implementing of fundraisers and celebrations for this class of 2024.

We will work with the OEHS Admin to make sure all items and fundraisers are approved before proceeding.

This following is a preliminary list of possible fundraisers and events. Please check any boxes you might be interested in planning, implementing, promoting, etc. We will keep you in the loop of these fundraisers, and it will not be a commitment, but an option for you to help out.

Senior Shirts. Each year we design and print up a senior shirt and try to include all the senior names on the back as a memento. This is usually sold in January-February (as to make sure we include all new seniors, early grads, etc.)

Help design shirt - work on slogan for front of shirt

Help with ordering process - advertising to seniors and families

Help distribute shirts when orders come in

Leader of the Wolf Pack Attacks Yard displays Pay it Forward fundraiser - All volunteers have been assigned for 2023-2024!

Volunteer to place and remove signs - We have enough volunteers for this year!

Promote and continue to nominate OE Seniors

Concession sales - Possible after school concessions (still pending approval). Chess tourney concessions on Nov. 11. We will have weekend concessions starting in February for dance competitions. Major fundraiser for us!

Help purchase supplies and stock concession stand

Help work after school concession stand (typically 2:00-3:30 pm)

Help work weekend concession shifts for dance competitions or other events renting out OEHS (typically 3 hour shifts)

Help open or close concession stand for events (includes starting up cooked items, setting up or closing up cash drawers, clean up and restocking for next day.)

Restaurant fundraisers

Solicit restaurants for fundraiser nights - find out percentage of proceeds, dates available, when checks are issued, flyer, etc

Promote fundraiser nights - make sure senior families attend!

Help plan an organize Senior Celebration event

Solicit donations or business sponsors

collect raffle items & put baskets together

work on entertainment & inflatables

Work on event theme & shirt design (different from annual red senior shirt)

Solicit food donations

Help plan food truck days. Pending approval (due to road construction, we have not been given go ahead at this time ) to line up 1-2 food trucks as fundraisers throughout the school year (weekly or bi-weekly around events at OEHS. Typically a week night 4-7 PM timeframe.

Help reach out to food truck companies to line up for fundraiser days. Ask for % back from sales.

Help promote and advertise the food trucks as dates are set up

Volunteer for Dick's Mini Donut or Muffin Days to help raise funds for Senior Celebration - once a month.

Available before school - shift 6:30-7:30 am

Available for middle shift - 7:20-10:30 am

Available for lunch shift - 10:30 am -1:30 pm

Adopt a Senior. Parents and community can choose to adopt a senior and provide encouragement cards and items to a senior that signs up to be adopted.

Set up program - process to collect information of senior to be adopted and process to solicit those wanting to adopt - descretely.

Control the forms needed and handle the "adoption" exchange. Keep track of students that have been adopted, etc.

Open for suggestions of other fundraising or celebration ideas
