This is the official form used to nominate individuals for the Weaviate Community Hero Program. You can nominate more than one person or nominate a person twice for different contributions.

Please tell us why you consider this individual a Weaviate Community Hero.

Please make sure to show the impact that person is having on the Weaviate Community.

The more context you can give in this section, the better! It will help the Weaviate Community Team to evaluate the nomination.
