CS Graduate Program Completion Information
This data will be used for departmental as well as Commencement information purposes to see which CS grad student is planning to graduate which quarter within this academic year (Fall 2021, Winter 2022, Spring 2022 and Summer 2022). If you are not graduating this academic year (i.e. you're finishing in Fall 2022) but still wish to participate in the Spring 2022 Commencement Ceremony, please fill this form out.

If you had filled out the form previously but are unsure if you filled out or if the information you submitted has changed, you can submit multiple entries (we will use the most recent entry that you submit) up until the deadline, March 30.  

If you are finishing next Academic year (i.e. Fall 2022, Winter 2023, Spring 2023, Summer 2023) and wish to participate in Spring 2023 Commencement Ceremony please do NOT fill this form out.

CS GSA are always looking for CS grad alumni interested in speaking at the CS Grad Tea Time events either in person or remotely. If you would be interested in coming back to speak, please provide an email (non UCLA email address) where the CS GSA members can reach you.
