Occurs January 23-25.  Students will need to obtain an EHO and return it to front office to excuse from classes.  Students will be responsible for their own transportation.  Deadline to sign up is usually in mid-November (currently awaiting the college to publish more details).  There is a registration fee of $35 for those who make the ensemble, payable to Western Kentucky University.

IMPORTANT NOTE: YOU MUST BE IN CONCERT BAND FOR AT LEAST 1 TRIMESTER TO BE ELIGIBLE.
