Afterschool Sports Clubs Summer Term 1 2024 Booking Form

Please complete this form and make full payment via SCOpay to book your child into any of the Afterschool Sports Clubs for Summer Term 1 2024.

Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis with full payment (for the half term) in advance required to confirm your child's place. All clubs run immediately after school and finish at 4:15pm. Pick up from all after school sports clubs is via the school office.

We are unable to offer trial sessions and sign-up will mean your child is committed for the half term. If your child wishes to swap to a different club they may do so after the May half term break. We are unable to offer any refunds for non-attendance.

Please make all payments via SCOPAY, we cannot accept cash. If you have any problems logging into SCOpay, please let the school office know.

Please note - This half term is a 6 week half term which is reflected in the price per club.
