2023 Little Mr. & Miss St Charles County
2023 St. Charles County Fair
Little Mister and Miss Saint Charles County
Tuesday, July 25th, 2023 – Rotary Park Wentzville
SPONSORED BY: St. Charles Jaycees
The only cost to enter the competition is the cost of admission to the SCC Fair. Children will be judged on “kid next door” cuteness, poise, personality, and appropriate dress.
The pageant will be broken up into two segments, the “cute” category and the casual “Summer Lovin” wear category. The contestants will be scored separately for each segment and scores will then be totaled. Please remember we are looking for the KID NEXT DOOR, not for a manikin or a polished model. Kids will be kids, they will be bashful, they will cry, they will suck their thumbs, they will have bruises, scratches, and bumps, and that is okay.

4 and 5 year olds - Tiny Mister and Miss St. Charles County
6 and 7 year olds – Little Mister and Miss St. Charles County

Boys: Boys should wear either dress pants or shorts with shirt and tie or slacks and polo in the cute category. NO TUXEDOS.
“Summer Lovin” – Casual Wear Category:
The theme for the casual wear segment is “Summer Lovin”. Dress in a summer outfit with props that represent the best things about Summer. These outfits may be custom made or off the rack. On this category you may use rhinestones, sequins, and glitter on the attire, but please remember it is casual wear, it must be an outfit that a child could wear to a birthday party or to a family function. PROPS ARE WELCOMED AND ENCOURAGED. Be creative. This category is judged on the outfit, appropriate fit, and personality of the contestant. NO COSTUMES PLEASE, NO SWIMSUITS, AND NO LIVING PROPS (no pets, siblings, etc.).
