Latinx Career and Education Survey
Pathways for Latinxs to Advance Career and Education (PLACE) is an initiative by the SC Commission for Minority Affairs’ Hispanic/Latino Affairs Division to support the future leaders of the Latinx community. This initiative creates collaborative efforts among educators, professionals and community organizations to connect Latinx students and young professionals across the state to foster their educational development and career advancement.
 
PLACE creates a network of Latinx students and young professionals to learn about their shared experiences and available resources. The activities of PLACE are determined by the unique needs and goals of these young individuals. PLACE provides them with a platform where they can network, interchange ideas, share resources as well as develop a sense of pride and belonging as a young Latinx in South Carolina.
