Membership
Membership agreement is an annual period of 2024, then monthly ongoing…..

Monthly - Allowance of ONE (1) Skip-Month per year will apply for when you are on holidays or just getting a stock-pile in the freezer - at no charge.  Three (3) weeks notice via email MUST be given prior to your normal delivery week.
 
Bi-Monthly - NO Skips allowed.
 
Delivery Information
Your delivery will be confirmed early in the week via email, and is estimated to be on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
You need to be available or organized for your delivery to be refrigerated ASAP.
If you are unavailable to take delivery - please contact ASAP - so we can make alternate arrangements (ie. to a neighbour, a family member, hold until next week or let us know where to leave it - maybe access to a fridge in a shed/garage…)  COMMUNICATION is the key!
We allow for standard packaging - BUT NO cool packs
Standard Delivery Zones apply - with Zone 1 being Free Delivery and other Zones will incur an additional fee – please refer to the attached list.
If deliveries can NOT be received and required to be returned & redelivered - there will be charges incurred to the customer (ie. approx $50+).

 
Payment
Payment to be made 5 days prior to delivery date on invoice from McIvor Farm Foods
An Invoice will be provided via email - which there are many ways of payment (bank transfer, credit card, paypal)
 
Additional product
Yes of course! If you would like any additional product to come with your subscription – we can arrange it for you.  

Cancellation Fee
If you wish to cancel at any time - we will be sad to see you go - please give us 1 month’s notice in writing (via email).
If less than 1 month notice is given to cancel, a Cancellation fee of $100 will apply.
