Parent Volunteers are parents and/or guardians that have children and/or youth involved in the programs at Robert A. Steen Community Centre. If you are interested in becoming a Parent Volunteer please let us know below! *
General Volunteers are volunteers for any and all events that the centre may host. This does not necessarily mean children and/or youth programs. This could be the Wolseley Library, the canteen, and other help we may need. If you are interested in becoming a General Volunteer please let us know below! *

Our in-house sport teams must have parent volunteers to step up to coach and assistant coach.  One coach is responsible to watch the field players and the other coach is on the sideline to run the substitute(s) and compliment the kid’s ability after plays.

Each player’s parent(s)/guardians also have to be involved to assist with skills and development for practices regardless of soccer experience, this is essential for player development (passing and dribbling plays). It is also fun to connect and build reinforcement with your children on the field and at home. Consider volunteering as a sports coach with us in the future.
