①お部屋の清掃・シーツ交換は週２回程度となります。
We provide room cleaning and linens twice a week. We provide daily cleanings for shared bathrooms.

②７泊～最大31日まで予約可能（現地での双方同意での延泊可能）
You can book from 7 nights to maximum 31 nights.

③キャンセルは２日前まで無料。それ以降は総額の10%のキャンセル料となります。
You can cancel for free untill 2 days before the check-in. You will pay 10% of total after that.

④該当地域の場合入湯税・宿泊税は別途お支払いください。
※You need to pay onsen tax or city tax depends on area.

⑤本申し込みではご予約は確定しません。２４時間以内に料金や空き状況をご連絡し、そちらにご返信を頂いて確定となります。
Your booking will not confirmed yet. In 24 hours, We will email you exact price you will pay. The booking will be confirmed when you reply to the email.

⑥他のゲストとの共用部分もありますので、万が一他のゲストや運営の迷惑となる行為があった場合には予約期間内であっても残り金額を返金の上ご滞在の打ち切りをお願いすることもございます。
We have shared spaces with other guests. In case you occur something trouble other guests, we will ask you to cancel your remained stay with refunding all remained amount.

⑦長期滞在ゲストしかおられない場合、スタッフはリモートワークになる日もございます。スタッフは受付には常駐しませんのでご了承ください。（緊急連絡先あり）
In case only long-term guests stay our hostel, we may not open our reception. (We will support you by phone and email on that day.)

⑧現在はコロナの影響にて通常の宿泊利用者も長期滞在利用者も減っております。店舗や時期によっては貸切状態になる日もございます。
Very few guests nowadays by covid-19 influences. Sometimes very difficult to meet new people.

⑨支払い方法は現地決済となります。
