OMLC Asia Regional Event 2024

If you would like to register for the OMLC Asia Regional Event and pay by invoice, please read the terms and conditions below and fill in this form. Please note that submission of this form does not guarantee your participation. By submitting this form you confirm you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. You have the necessary approvals from the organisation or individual paying the invoice (please do not apply to pay by invoice until your organisation/funder has approved your participation).

2. The workshop fee is USD 800. Accommodation is only included if you complete registration before 19 January, 2024. This means you must send OMLC proof of payment of this invoice before 26 January, 2024 to guarantee your accommodation booking. OMLC will not make any accommodation booking after 26 January, 2024.

3. The administrative fee for paying by invoice is USD 30 and will be added to your invoice. This fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable. You will be liable to pay this fee if cancel your application or participation.

4. Full refunds (minus $30 administration charge) will be given to participants who cancel on or before 21 January, 2024. 50% refunds will be given to participants who cancel on or before 18 February, 2022. No refunds will be given to participants who cancel after 18 February, 2022 under any circumstance. You will be issued with a credit note covering the workshop fees portion of the invoice.

5. The invoice payment terms are 14 days. If you do not send payment confirmation within 14 days then your invoice will be cancelled, you will not be registered and you will be issued a credit note for the workshop fees portion of the invoice. You will still have to pay the administrative fee.

6. You are responsible for paying all transfer or banking fees (other than those which are applied from the OMLC's bank), and if you pay in a currency other than USD then you are responsible for ensuring that the full USD fee is paid to the OMLC. Partial payments will result in cancelled registrations.

7. The OMLC does not have capacity to fill in any forms or register as a supplier for your own organisational processes. Please do not expect a quick response if your organisation requires such administration. Any such requests may slow down your application process and delay your registration.

8. This form is not a registration form. You / your participants will not be registered until all the steps below are complete:
- This form is filled in and submitted to OMLC
- OMLC confirms that there are sufficient spaces for the applicants
- OMLC will send an invoice to the contact named below
- You will send proof of payment to OMLC once the invoice has been paid
- OMLC will send you a unique link to register, bypassing the online payment system
- You will fill in the registration form, providing your details to OMLC
- You will be registered for OMLC Asia Regional Event
