More information regarding Unified Bocce and other Unified Champion Schools opportunities will be sent to the contacts mentioned below once this form is completed.

Again this year, Special Olympics Maine is offering a grant to schools to help offset expenses incurred in the Unified Basketball season.  SOMaine's Unified Champion Schools Funding Application can be found by going to https://forms.gle/4kfchiLTiEZbx8w29, deadline to complete is June 1st, 2024 or until all funding is exhausted.
