In Person Registration Form - January Jumpstart 2023 - Ignited

This registration form is for those attending IN PERSON only. Registration is a 2-Step process:
Step 1: Please fill out this Google Form.
Step 2: Go back to www.everhartnationalarea.com to complete your payment via PayPal. (Your Registration will not be complete until payment is made. The deadline to register is Dec. 29th)

The cost to register is $45 per person by Dec. 21 and $50 per person by Dec. 29. Dec. 29 is the last day to register.

Also, we will be wearing the same t-shirts that we wore at Fall Advance 2022. If you didn't get to order one then and want to order one now, you can do so in this form. T-shirts must be ordered by Dec. 21st and you will receive it at January Jumpstart). T-shirt cost is $15 per person.
