To file a complaint or grievance, please fill out this form completely and attach any supporting documentation in accordance with GF (Local). After completion you may submit grievance forms by email to grievances@mvisd.org, fax 210-941-0456, in person at the MVISD Central Office located at 8449 FM 471 S., Castroville, TX, or by U.S. Mail to 8449 FM 471 S., Castroville, TX  78009. A complaint form that is incomplete in any material way may be dismissed, but may be refiled with all the required information if the refiling is within the designated time for filing a complaint.
