Donation Request Form
At the Donum Estate, our constant pursuit of quality and excellence in all that we do extends to supporting organizations that are making a positive impact within our communities and environment. We prioritize donations to 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations that focus on art, education and sustainability. 

All donation requests are reviewed on a weekly basis. To ensure a timely review, we ask that all requests are submitted at least 4 weeks before an event. Once a donation is approved, a member from our team will contact you directly to arrange the pickup or delivery of your donation.

Due to a large number of requests we receive, we are unable to approve all requests and we can only consider one donation per calendar year per organization.
