After you fill out this order request, we will contact you to go over details and availability before the order is completed. Typical turn around is two weeks. If you are in need of an item sooner, make a note of the date in the comments sections below. We will do our best to fulfill your order by that date but note that we are not always able to accommodate rush orders. NOTE: Rush orders will incur additional fees. These will be discussed when we contact you to finalize the order and receive payment information.
