The information gathered from this form for each individual student will only be available to the FMA co-VPs of Marching Band and the Fremd VMB Band Directors. Anonymous information not specific to an individual student may be shared with VMB Volunteers (for example, the total number of T-Shirts or the list of dietary restrictions for the entire VMB).
