2024 Concours Oral Registration Request

Please fill out this form to express your interest in participating in this year's competition.

After submitting this form, you will receive a registration spreadsheet with further instructions. Once you notify AATF-WI of the number of entries you are entering into the competition, you will receive an invoice to pay for your entries and finalize your registration.

A few reminders:
  1. If this is your first time, the Concours Oral Handbook is a great place to start. It contains everything you need to know about levels, categories, evaluation criteria, judging, and awards.
  2. Everyone, please keep in mind that this is a completely virtual competition and there is only one round of competition this year.
  3. Please adhere to our published dates and deadlines. Most importantly, registration requests (this form) will only be accepted until March 22, 2024; after that date, no registration forms can be accepted or changed. In addition, student recordings must happen between April 2 and 12. No entries will be accepted after that date.
  4. Students will be recording their performance in Flip (formerly Flipgrid).
  5. Once recordings are complete, you will finish filling out the registration spreadsheet (with Flip links and any scripts or lyrics used by your students) and notify the Concours Oral Coordinator that your registration packet is complete. This must happen no later than April 12.
Judging begins on April 15.
  • In general, all teachers who submit student participants will be required to judge entries. For other options, please consult the Concours Oral Handbook.
  • To help facilitate the competition, please considering offering up francophones who are willing to judge entries. E-mail the Contest Coordinator with the names of additional judges. - MERCI
