1. DO NOT fill the form twice!!! You’re making the line bigger!
2. Bonafide certificate is a certificate proving that you’re the student of university in English language. It is also a certificate suitable for Egyptian students for army.
3. Fee structure is a certificate stating the full amount which you need to pay for the full year. We are not providing fee structure for one semester.
4. Fee receipt is a certificate proving that you’ve paid full amount for the full year. This certificate is NOT needed for visa extension. If you just want just to confirm if your money reached university, do not request fee receipt, come to the office or write an email.
5. You can choose ONLY fee structure OR fee receipt!!! If you choose both, you will get a fee structure.
6. Marksheet is a certificate with the list of your marks. You can get it only after finishing both semesters of the year.
7. Registaration certificate, academic transcripts can be provided by Student office only offline (room 404).

Bonafide: We confirm that Mr/Ms _______________________, passport № ___________ is a student of Kazan State Medical University (Kazan, Russia), studying at _rd course/year in the faculty of ________ (20__-20__ academic year).
Fee structure: We confirm that Mr _______________________, passport № ___________ is a student of Kazan State Medical University, Kazan (Russia). Student has to pay [full amount] RUB for the _rd course/year in our University (academic year 20__-20__). Student can pay in two instances: first half (__ RUB) till __, second half (__ RUB) till __.
Fee receipt: We confirm that Mr _______________________, passport № ___________ is a student of Kazan State Medical University, Kazan (Russia). Student paid [full amount] RUB for the _rd course/year in our University (academic year 20__-20__).
