Dinner menu: Hungarian sausage, chicken, mashed potato, pickles, dessert, coffee.

After completion of this form hit Submit. When you arrive, please provide your name at the entrance and pick up your entry bracelet and food tickets after payment. Cash or check payment at the entry door. If you register and must cancel later, please notify us via email: csurfolk@gmail.com

No need to register if you will not have dinner. Tickets for the event can be purchased on the spot. If tickets are purchased without pre-registration, dinner must be purchased separately, however we cannot guarantee that there will be enough food for sale to those who do not register in advance.
